Thursday, February 3rd Toning Class

We WILL NOT have Zumba Toning on Thursday, February 3rd. Willard Schools are cancelled for the day, so will we. Hope everyone is staying warm and safe. See everyone Monday!!

Zumba is an awesome way to workout and have a lot of fun. Here is some information about Zumba;
* You can join Zumba at anytime
* You do not have to have ever tried Zumba before to join
* You will not be 'behind' if you join Zumba at anytime, there are always new people joining so no one feels like the new kid.
* Zumba is for anybody looking to get a workout. The moves can be modified for anyone or you can push yourself to your limits to get a great workout.
* Zumba Toning is for anyone, not just prior zumba participants.
*Zumba is fun!! We have a great time and are usually laughing at ourselves by the end.
